Nap.

I took a nap. I had a dream that it was the day of the seminar and I had a fever and had somehow lost all sense around the mouth area. It was like I'd just come from the dentist's office or something. I was scared because I had to present but I couldn't talk. I actually felt pain in the dream. I woke up under a heavy blanket with my hand over my mouth.
