Well, it might have been a vespa...
I dreamt I was driving back and forth across a European town. But I've never been to Europe, so I kind of wonder what exactly I was dreaming about. I know I was riding a bike without a helmet, I woke up feeling guilty about that and wondered if you could get arrested for it in Europe like you can here...

They'll write you a ticket, but they aren't gonna chase you back to the states for the fine.
Yep, Vespas are cool. Seen "A Roman Holiday"? Highly recommended viewing, especially for Audrey Hepburn descending the Roman Steps on a Vespa. I did likewise, but on a hire bicycle. It wasn't the same.
I can't imagine that you would get arrested...unless you stole the vespa ;).

Hi, you should come in Europe and rent a car to see if it is the same in your dream :) About the helmet ... don't bother, it's not such a big deal specially for you that don't have 18 to have a driving license. :)
