Forgetful dreaming

last night's dreaming was vague. It'd been a while since I'd slept holding any form of a stuffed animal. lol. But last night.. I held two at the same time and fell asleep. It helps; to hold onto something when your sad. I've had the koala for.. what.. 10 years? I held onto it like there was no tomorrow. It made me feel better. I guess.. the ritual of going to sleep can be included.. in my dream blog.. But anyways.. Ya all I remember is that Andrea (a friend from 2 previous schools) and I were talking. That's all I remember.

Hopefully there'll be more to write about soon.

What if the dream blog stops my flow of dreams? hm..

Actually, any form of recollection will increase the flow of dreams. We all dream, every night, it's our mind that fades the dreams before we wake up or shortly after.

Recording and sharing dreams will increase the number you remember. It gears your mind to pay more attention, and it sort of 'reformats' the dreams into something more cohesive for sharing.

It seems having some random incohesive jumbled dream in our minds serves no purpose, so our brain prunes it rather quickly.
